Q
Can I chat with a Specialist?

Absolutely, once a session has been booked and confirmed, you’ll be able to use the app to chat directly to the Specialist until 12 hours after your session has been completed.

Can I review a Specialist?
A
After every session, Athletes are asked to review their experience with the specialist. Athletes have 14 days to do this before the review window closes.

How far in advance can I book?
A
Athletes are able to book up to 14 days in advance.

Are all sessions private sessions?
A
If you book a single session with a specialist on the app, that session is intended to be strictly 1-on-1. The app does however allow for specialists to create group classes for multiple people to join a session.

Can I bring a friend with me?
A
Sadly, not right now, but we are busy working on some cool functionality that will allow you to add a buddy to your booking. All sessions at this point are 1-on-1.

How much do 1-on-1 sessions cost?
A
Each specialist has their own price based on the service they offer and the location they offer those sessions. You can view the price of a specialist by opening up their profile in the app and viewing their rates screen.

Can I buy packages?
A
The app does allow athletes to buy bulk packages of various sizes. Prices and the duration of the package are set by the specialists.
Cancellations & Refunds

What if I need to cancel a session
A
You can do so directly through the app by clicking on the session in your sessions tab. Please note, a penalty may fee apply.

Are there any cancellation penalties?
A
If you cancel up to 24 hours in advance, there is no penalty. Any cancellations less than 24 hours before the session is charged in full as a penalty fee. Specialists have the power in their hands to refund you if they feel fit.

What if a Specialist cancels?
A
If a Specialist cancels your session, you will get a full refund in Forte Credits or to use at a later stage.
