Can I chat with an Athlete?
A
Absolutely, once a session has been booked and confirmed, you’ll be able to use the app to chat directly to the Athlete until 12 hours after your session has been completed.

Can I review an Athlete?
A
Not at first, but we're building a review function for Specialists to rate their experience with Athletes.
Q
What if I need to cancel?
A
It’s your responsibility as a Specialist to uphold the booking as much as possible. If you are unable to carry out the session, you should notify the Athlete and the Forte Support team that you wish to cancel. Thereafter, you can proceed to cancel the booking as the app allows.

As a specialist instructor, you can offer services from the following range of categories;
  • Personal Training
  • Yoga & Pilates Instruction
  • Wellness Coaching (Physical, Mental and Nutritional)
  • Rehab & Recovery (Physiotherapy and Biokinetics)

Can I choose which locations I'd like to work from?

You’ll be able to choose where you operate your business from the following 3 locations;​

  • Facility training (do you operate from a fixed location?)

  • Outdoors (fancy getting out into the park?)

  • Online

 

Note - We are planning to offer home visits in the future.

Financial Management
Q
Who sets the rates?
A
As the Specialists, you set your own rates for each session based on the location and session type.
Q
How much is it to use Forte?
A
Forte charge a platform fee of 10% to all Specialists for bookings taken through the application.
Q
How and when do I get paid?
A
Forte pays all Specialists every Tuesday for all the transactions taken through the application for the previous payment week of Friday - Friday.
Q
What if an Athlete cancels? Do I still get paid?
A
If an Athlete cancels their session less than 24hours before the session is scheduled to start, the athlete will be charged in full. It’s at your discretion thereafter if you wish to reimburse the Athlete.

What if I cancel a session
A
Athletes will be refunded in full for the session. It is then their decision if and when they wish to book again.
